This video confirms my long held belief that people who surf Teahupoo are chemically unbalanced. For one, surfers narrowly escape the only wave where the ocean folds in on it self. And second, which you can see in this video, a jet ski almost guillotines this surfer and everyone cheers. They cheer. These guys are crazy. They cheer for a guy ducking a jet ski being thrown at him by the lip of the barrel he is trying to creep into. It’s maddening and I love it.
