Koby Abberton plea deal?
It appears Koby Abberton may have reached a plea deal, with Judge Ray Graulty scheduling a conference for today at the Kane’ohe District Courthouse outside Honolulu to understand what the terms of such a plea deal may be, if anything. Abberton has repeatedly indicated he is the victim of a mistaken identity, but we understand the evidence may be stacked up against him. More to follow.
