Welcome to day 3 of the 2 star Van’s El Ponto Loco presented by Sun Diego, brought to you live from Carlsbad, California! To bring you up to speed, a group of California’s best (Shane Beschen, Jason Collins, Richie friggin Collins, and others), along with a few east coast boys (go Leif Engstrom, Evan Geiselman and Benny B!), a few Hawaiians, a Brazilian and an unstoppable Venezuelan, Magnum Martinez, have been dominating Rounds 1 through 3 in clean and rippable, chest to head high surf. The surfing has been absolutely ridiculous, with huge moves and airs galore. Tune in this morning (California time) for the last heat of Round 3 and on to Round 4.
