  4. At least they’re getting to the beach. What difference does it make what your mode of transportation is. Back in ’60’s I had a ‘64 MGB Roadster convertible that I would transport my 10′ Gordie in the passenger seat. Rain or shine, if the surf was up, out to the beach, top down even when it rained.
