Koby Abberton Dislocated His Elbow Fighting With the Po-Po

“Bra Boys” ringleader, Koby Abberton, is somewhat known for being a bad ass. U.S. authorities have rejected his claim that he suffered a dislocated elbow from an altercation with immigration officers and was mistreated in a Honolulu jail cell. This is Koby’s second stint in a Hawaiian jail cell within a month. You might have already heard about him going to jail a few weeks ago for fighting with a police officer outside a Honolulu night club. This time around he was arrested for a visa violation having to do with his recent assault conviction in the island state. Koby’s lawyers tried to say he was treated badly in jail, and was put in solitary confinement for no reason. He apparently suffered the dislocated elbow in an altercation during his arrest, wasn’t fed for 24 hours, and given very little water.

“The allegations his attorney made were absolutely without merit,” said a spokeswoman for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Koby was put alone in a cell for his own safety, the safety of other inmates, and staff, because he has a history of violence. It’s no secret the dude’s got anger management issues and if you add a few beers to that equation, it’s like a time bomb waiting to go off. I get just like that when McDonald’s stops serving breakfast. Two sausage McMuffins with egg after a morning surf is the sh!t! Koby’s a pretty insane surfer though, and his name carries weight in most circles.

This is his crew charging Botany Bay, and I could watch the wipeout at the 1:47 mark all day and all night…
