A skeptic’s response to Surfing HQ’s post on Obama surfing
When I first saw Surfing HQ’s post earlier today about Obama surfing I thought “Oh God, the last we need is a man who thinks he will be President and get tubed in the same year.” But then I realized that Obama was body surfing - no board to be found. In fact, after looking at the picture with a critical eye, I came to the conclusion that the picture looks doctored. Much like the photoshop images of the Iran missiles, I was convinced that Obama’s picture was fake. His head simply looks like it is super-imposed on the arms of a 20-year old body surfer.
In an attempt to prove my photoshop conspiracy case, I set out on a Google hunt for more images of Obama riding the waves. That’s when I came across this image that proved me wrong - Obama really does have a long history of surfing.
I am now on a hunt for a pic of a young Barack with his toes on the nose.
