Dawn patrol, I love you
I’m not a morning person by any stretch. I’ve got kid, so waking up very very early in the morning is no longer my definition of “fun.” But frequently enough, I get charged up and wake up at 5 for dawn patrol. The reasons are simple - there is nothing that compares to watching the sun rise over the ocean, with the waves being total glass, and, typically, with the main peak at my local spot pretty much to myself. I get some great thinking and relaxing done at dawn patrol, which is why I love it so much. Glass, warm water, sun and empty waves? I love you, Dawn Patrol.
