Longboarding Tips

Increasing your paddling speed (when it’s flat)

During those summer flat spells, the following exercise beats going to the gym! Paddle out to sea 10 strokes, spin the board around, push of with a double stroke and repeat. You will soon be doing this in your sleep. I used to pratice this in my swimming pool as a kid. The added benefit is that by doing this, not only will you be improving the strength of your stroke, but your paddling muscles too.
