Wipeout of the Week
WIPEOUT!!!
A lot of people are idiots. Even surfers. This guy is a great example of a surfer who didn’t get his daily dose (let your imagination figure it out…). If I was that guy, the first thing that would go through my mind as the car started tipping is “Oh sh!t!!! [...]
In case you were thinking about taking up kiteboarding… We’ve all seen one or two of these unfortunate bastards get dragged down the beach, into piers, cliffs, crowds, buildings, boardwalks and parking lots. Some of us may have felt the pain ourselves. This little clip will give you another reason not to take up kitesurfing. [...]
“Is that jet-ski gonna hit my head? Is that jet-ski gonna hit my head?!” That’s what I would be thinking through the whole wipeout. Forget the razor-sharp shallow reef, or the set lurking behind, there’s a jet-ski on the wave too! Really, this would be my number one fear if [...]

The first one is that Ross Clarke-Jones tows into a massive wave, is stuck in the middle of an endless wall of water, and takes it all on the dome. It is photos like this that remind me why they are pros and I [...]
‘Cause those are some yummy wipeouts that Magicseaweed took the liberty of putting together. I like wipeouts. I mean, I would rather have made the wave, but wipeouts are just so unexpected (not always) and they make you scream inside. Then when you get back up and break the surface of the [...]
